RETURN POLICY

Before placing an order, access the resources provided such as size charts and product information to ensure a good choice.

RETURNS

The return can be exercised up to 14 days after receipt of the order by the customer. The items must be returned at the customer's expense in their original condition with all the elements included inside, and cannot be washed, used or damaged.

To make a partial or total return of an order, the items that the customer wants to return must be sent via courier in a secure package.

To make your return:

1. Contact through the following email: estudio.elazul@gmail.com

2. Write in the subject "RETURN" and mention your order number (ex: #1234), the product you want to return and the reason.

3. Pack the product in its original packaging. If you cannot use the original container, you can use another that guarantees its safety.

4. Deliver the package to a Post Office providing the address that we will send you by mail.

*Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

When and how will you receive the refund amount?

The amount of the returned items will be refunded once we verify that the garment is in perfect condition and with the labels. Once we approve the return, you will receive the amount through the same payment method that was used in the purchase within a period of 7-14 business days.
